Enquiries. If you write or call, we process the contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to answer it and, where relevant, to prepare a possible engagement. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Bookings. Meetings are booked through an external scheduling service. The name, email address and any information you enter when booking are processed in order to arrange and hold the meeting.
Website statistics. If analytics or similar technologies are used, they are described in the cookie policy and are only activated where consent is required and has been given.
Information shared in connection with a possible or actual engagement is treated as confidential. Client names and transactions are not published, and no case studies are produced.
Personal data may be shared with suppliers who process data on our behalf — hosting, email and the scheduling service — under data processing agreements. Data is not sold or used for third-party marketing.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted when they no longer serve a purpose, normally within 12 months. Material relating to an engagement is kept for as long as required by the engagement and by applicable bookkeeping and professional rules.
You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, and to data portability. Write to rene@tns-management.dk to exercise these rights.
